Cabinda – The Regional Museum of Cabinda currently has 505 cultural pieces in its collection, amongst the badges of power of the Kingdom of Ngoio, Nkoko, Cimpaba, Nkanda Ngó, the Arrow, raffia cloth and Zimpundji.
Speaking to ANGOP, the provincial secretary for Culture in Cabinda, Ernesto Barros André, said the Cultural sector has 84 monuments and sites in the inventory, whose 22 are monuments and two sites are classified as national heritage.
He said that the monuments and sites include the immaterial heritage, which is represented by the Bakama organisation.
Ernesto André was speaking ahead of the celebration of National Culture Day on 8 January.
