Speaking this Tuesday, in Lisbon, to ANGOP, Márcia Dias made it known that the exhibition will also be a tribute to her international career that sums 20 years with exhibitions in several countries, with emphasis on participation in the Louvre Museum (France), at the contemporary art festival.
The source added that she had already participated in exhibitions held in Paris, Barcelona, Dubai, Luxembourg, Italy (Florence), Spain, Denmark, Brazil, Scotland and Portugal.
She also appealed to all Angolan cultural entities to support artists who dignify Angola's name across borders.
"True artists live for art and their art, taking their culture beyond borders", underlined the painter.
Living in Portugal for 20 years, after having lived in Sweden for some time, Márcia Dias won, in 2019, the "Gold Medal" of the Art Index Dubai Contest, with the work "Mumuila", which was on display at the World Trade Center, Awarded Salon, in Dubai.
