Luanda - Angola and Serbia are to sign a cooperation agreement in the field of culture to strengthen bilateral cooperation ties between the two nations.
The agreement will be signed as part of the working visit by the Angolan Minister of Culture and Tourism, Filipe Zau, to the Republic of Serbia, which began on February 19.
According to a statement of the Ministry of Culture that reached ANGOP Thursday, the "cooperation program" will run from 2024 to 2026.
In Serbia, the minister took part in the opening of the 45th International Tourism Fair running in Belgrade.
The Angolan minister went to Avenida Dr. António Agostinho Neto, located in the centre of the city of New Belgrade, and will hold working meetings with the Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia, Ana Bnarbic, and the Minister of Culture, Maja Gojkovic.
The Angolan minister, whose visit ends on February 26, will visit the African and Yugoslav art museums. SJ/OHA/TED/AMP
