Luanda - The Minister of Education, Luísa Grilo, defended the need for school managers to be guided by the fight against corruption and greater transparency in public management.
'That my school is not one that, to enroll, has to give a little something, otherwise there is no room for anyone. We will work with transparency,' he said.
Luísa Grilo was speaking on Tuesday in Luanda during the swearing-in ceremony of five directors of the ministry's central structure, two consultants and directors of some polytechnic institutes spread across the country.
In the presence of the Secretaries of State for Pre-School Education and Primary Education and for Secondary Education, respectively Pacheco Francisco and Soraya Teresa Kalongela, the minister asked for commitment, dedication and above all foresight in administrative acts.

'Help solve the multiple problems we have in education. Challenging problems, complex problems, with few resources, but we have to do something. We cannot stand still', he said.
To school managers, he recommended permanent dialogue on a daily basis. The main tool is always dialogue. Dialogue with students, dialogue with parents, teachers and other school employees'.
