Luanda - The Minister of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation (MESCTI), Maria do Rosário Sambo, this Friday pointed out financial investment in infrastructures and human resources as one of the factors for the increase of quality of the higher education sub-system in the country.
According to Maria do Rosário Sambo, who was speaking at the launch of the White Paper on Higher Education, adequate financial investment will strengthen institutional capacity in its various aspects, with the qualification of teachers, researchers and administrative and technical staff, as well as physical and technological infrastructures with social support for students, in a context of good governance practices and institutional assessment.
