Luanda – The business volume between Angola and Argentina in 2021 reached 160 million dollars as a result of goods and services exports, announced Wednesday in Luanda the Manager for Exchange of the Angola-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Joseph dos Santos.
The official explained that in the period under analysis, timidly Angola exported to Argentina coffee and oil, reaching roughly USD 110,000.
According to Joseph dos Santos, Argentina exports to Angola basic goods as pasta, wheat flour, biscuits, sugar, chocolates, seafood, among others.
Joseph dos Santos said also that several Argentine companies operate in Angola in various fields of economic activity.
He suggested that Angolan entrepreneurs should establish business partnerships.
The Exchange Manager of the Angola-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and Industry gave this information at a press conference held at the end of the assembly of partners aimed to create an Angola-Argentina chamber of commerce.
At the time the official said that several Angolan companies are interested in strengthening partnerships with Argentine entrepreneurs, considering that there are already with more than 100 prospective members.
He assured that the Argentinean entrepreneurs operate in different fields of economic activity, a fact that for Joseph dos Santos represents that the members are ready to invest in various projects that is intended to be developed.
“With the creation of the Angola-Argentina Chamber of Commerce our goal is to further increase business between entrepreneurs of both countries”, said the manager for Exchange of the Angola-Argentina Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Joseph dos Santos.
