According to a statement from the company, TAAG expects to award up to 60 scholarships, with the candidates with the best results benefiting from specialized theoretical and practical training, at the piloting teaching unit 43 Air School, in South Africa.
The training program has an overall duration of 12 to 24 months, subdivided into several stages, with all stages being eliminatory, depending on the candidate's performance in the assessments.
The process of recruitment, interaction and selection of candidates will be carried out by Academia Executive Education, a school in human capital training and management linked to Academia BAI - Angola.
It is reserved for Angolans. Candidates must be between 18 and 30 years old, speak English fluently and have a minimum education level of technical-vocational secondary education, completed with a final average equal to or greater than 14, focusing on the subjects of mathematics, physics, geography, English and chemistry.
