Luanda - Four startups are representing Angola at the Web Summit Qatar 2024, which takes place from the 26th to the 29th of this month, in Doha (Qatar).
These are startups Mirantes Technologies, Moxi, Carlos Daniel and Carlos Pinto.
According to the press release, to which ANGOP had access today, the Luanda Entrepreneur Academy is also represented at the event, by director Sandra Caetano Batalha.
The document explains that the Luanda Entrepreneur Academy participates in the Web Summit Qatar 2024 as a reference institution in supporting startups and promoting technology-based entrepreneurship, in search of new solutions and partnerships.
The Angolan delegation was received, on Sunday, by the Angolan ambassador to Qatar, António da Cruz, in which he congratulated the selected startups, among thousands of competitors from around the world.
He guaranteed availability to continue supporting the Angolan participants throughout their stay in Qatar.
The Web Summit is considered one of the biggest technology events in the world.
