Luanda - A breakdown in the operational management computer system of TAAG- Angola Airlines, at 4 de Fevereiro International Airport, caused delays in boarding passengers bound for the cities of Maputo -Mozambique, Cabo, Johannesburg cities - South Africa, Windhoek- Namibia and Lisbon- Portugal, between 5 and 11 am on Sunday, ANGOP learned.

According to a source from TAAG, the constraints occurred due to a temporary downtime in the computer system, which technicians promptly resolved after almost five hours, restoring normality and passengers boarding for their destinations.

Therefore, TAAG regrets the constraints and reiterates its commitment to providing more and better travel experiences to its passengers, making its services more agile and flexible.

TAAG – Angola Airlines, founded in 1938, currently flies to 12 domestic and 13 international destinations. In addition to transporting passengers, its fleet transports cargo, a service that is increasingly essential for the development of the local ecosystem.OPF/ACTED/DOJ
