Talatona - The financial platform called Pay4All has a total of 1.2 million registered users, with an average of 340,000 active in the last six months, said the company's CEO, Nuno Viegas.
Speaking to ANGOP during an event called ‘Coffee with Journalists’, Nuno Viegas explained that the service, which aims to expand its reach among local traders, is already available in Luanda's strategic markets, such as Kifica, Cantinton, Calemba 2, 30, Kikagil and Quissala.
The E-Kwanza app, an integral part of Pay4All, has been crucial in promoting financial inclusion in the country, operating as a secure and accessible digital wallet.
The Manager mentioned that, despite initial resistance from vendors, a continuous sensitisation effort has been able to overcome these barriers.
‘Today, there are sellers who deposit more than nine million kwanzas on the platform,’ he said.
Pay4All stands out in the market for offering digital wallets and mobile money solutions, with real-time transfers for incoming and outgoing funds.
In terms of security, he highlighted that, in transactions via USD, a PIN is required to complete the operations, reinforcing user protection.
He added that with the E-Kwanza application active for 10 years, Pay4All continues to consolidate itself as one of the main digital payment platforms in the country, contributing to the modernization of the financial system. GIZ/MAG/DAN/DOJ
