“What is expected is to secure the staff that are on the market and train them from a practical point of view, as well as those from universities in order to guarantee the robustness of the advertising market”.
Nuno Caldas informed that FESTIPUB will have the participation of foreign companies from Mozambique and Cape Verde for the first time, as well as a wide participation of students.
According to the Secretary of State, the partnership created represents the strengthening of cooperation between the Executive and the social partners, from a perspective of proximity, inclusion and participation.
In turn, the National Director of Advertising, José Matuta Cuato, referred that MINTTICS decided to join the initiative through institutional support, as it understands that it is of great importance in contributing to the development of the advertising market in Angola, with exchanges of experience, transfer of knowledge, debates, as well as awards for what is best done in the advertising market.
The event is also a way of expressing recognition for the relevance and excellence of the work of advertisers, as well as their contribution to promoting competition.
José Matuta Cuato said that, last year, the State collected over 60 million kwanzas from advertising companies in fines and fees.
He added that the protocol is a commitment to quality, ethics and innovation, showing that advertising in Angola is dynamic and relevant.
