Huambo - The minister of Economy and Planning, Mário Caetano João Wednesday in Huambo affirmed that the implementation of the Program for the Reconversion of the Informal Economy (PREI) represents a gain for the operators.
The Government official who was speaking in the launching of the program in the Central Plateau region said that PREI brings out several advantages with emphasis for the street seller card.
Among the advantages, the minister highlighted the inclusion in the social security system as an instrument that allows the assistance of the economy operators and not all in time of economy scarcity.
Mário Caetano João informed that in addition to the street sellers the initiative includes as well the taxi drivers and motorcycle's drivers, the electricity and plumbing operators and other segments of the mercantile activity.
