Luanda - A housing project, called "Nobreza Residencial", will be built in the Camama district, in Talatona municipality, over a one-year period, including 365 homes of different types.
According to its director, Hermenegildo Domingos, the project is estimated to cost US$10 billion. The residences can be purchased in instalments, on the resolvable rent model, over a period of up to six (6) years.
Those interested should disburse at least 20 million kwanzas. Fifty percent of the amount will be made available when the contract is signed, as a sign of commitment between the parties (real estate developer and client).
Six years is the maximum time for the payment of the property, by means of bank financing/credit, on own account or other modalities defined by the construction company Lausar, which proposes to help the Government to solve the housing problem in the country.
"The project will be built over a time horizon ranging from six months to one year. It will have 365 villas, between 3 and 4 bedrooms, and 3 and 4 bedrooms flats.
