Luanda – Real estate developers in Angola are prepared for housing bank credit recently announced by the National Bank of Angola (BNA) to ensure ease of access to the offer of the real estate in the national market, ANGOP learned Friday.
For this project, as example, the “Glakeni Imobiliária” group has 232 T3 and T4+1 houses ready for sale, said Maria Pedro, real estate agent for this business group.
The price of residences, built in the urban district of Zango (Viana) and in the vicinity of 11 de Novembro, are ranging from 25 million to 135 million kwanzas she told ANGOP, on the sidelines of the 2nd edition of the Real Estate Forum, held on 21 and 22 this month in Luanda.
The source announced the creation of a promotional package with a 10% discount, for customers wishing to purchase homes, under Decree No. 9/22, of 6 April, of the BNA.
The payment method for the houses can be made through bank financing, prompt payment and resolvable rent (client initially pays 50% of the total value of the property, completing the payment within a period of four years).
In addition, the source spoke of the emerging of the new housing project called “Condomínio Eleven da Dipanda”.
Another company prepared to access the loan that commercial banks will start operating next June and increase the offer of properties on the market is the real estate Sales Estrutura Lages” (SEL).
According to the company's manager, Alfredo Kaputu, SEL has all the necessary documentation to have access to credit, and is also available to help and guide individual applicants who wish to obtain a housing loan.
To increase its investment and respond to the demand for houses on the market, SEL plans to build close to 300 T3, T4 and T5 residences, in the “Cumii” condominium, located in the urban district of Camama, municipality of Talatona.
Of the total number of houses, to be built in two years, in an area of 21 hectares, 20 residences are already under construction, symbolising the beginning of the first phase.
He described the launch of housing credit as a valuable opportunity for citizens who intend to fulfill the dream of their own home, taking advantage of the bonus offered by the BNA.
The real estate company P&W Imóveis also satisfactorily received the announcement from the BNA, which ensures the legal regularization of all its housing projects, according to the commercial director of this company, Giomar Fontora.
The source pointed to the availability of a building called “Torre Gémea”, consisting of 42 T1 apartments and two shops, as an example of several projects by P & W Imóveis.
Also announced that the company has real estate brokerage services and is ready to provide information to potential housing customers.
