Menongue – Public managers from the province of Cuando-Cubango have been attending, since Wednesday, in Menongue, in a training session on the preparation of management reports and accountability, aiming to improve their performance.
In a promotion by the National School of Administration and Public Policies (ENAPP), deputy municipal administrators for the Financial Sector, managers and technicians from the Government Study, Planning and Statistics Office and municipal administrations, general secretariats and senior staff from the Government are attending the provincial training.
At the 2-day training event, the trainees are dealing with subjects on the preparation and presentation of management reports and financial statements.
The vice-governor for the Cuando-Cubango Political, Social and Economic sectors of, Helena Chimena, considered it important that similar training actions be replicated, aiming to boost and guarantee specialization of skills for managers, to increase quality, productivity, modernization, effectiveness and efficiency of services provided by public institutions.
Helena Chimena encouraged participants to absorb the content under analysis with rigor and responsibility, so that they can be equipped with tools that promote the improvement of their daily activities, within the scope of accountability. ALK/FF/PLB/CF/DOJ
