Luanda –The 38th edition of the Luanda International Fair (FILDA 2023) will be held on July 18- 22 in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), the State Secretary for the Economy Ivan dos Santos announced Monday in Luanda.
Speaking to journalists, Ivan dos Santos noted that the event will be held under the slogan, "Digital economy, the new world frontier,".
He said the event is expected to attract businesspeople.
Ivan dos Santos also highlighted role of the event in development and growth of economy, "allowing business among companies and attracting investment from those (companies) in the diaspora.
He said the main objective of the event is to diversify the economy, stimulate national entrepreneurship, evolution of agribusiness, attract national and foreign investment, strengthen economic, commercial and industrial development and continue to promote national brands, through "Made in Angola.
The 37th edition of Luanda International Fair (FILDA), held from 16 to 20 July, in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ), brought together some 629 exhibitors and 15 countries. HEM/AC/DAN/NIC
