Angola Expo “Feito” kicks off Wednesday

Luanda – At least 156 exhibitors from the country's 18 provinces are participating in the First Edition of EFA - Expo Feito em Angola (Expo Made in Angola), running from 7-11 December in the Special Economic Zone (ZEE) Luanda- Bengo, located in the municipality of Viana.

The event brings together producers, trade and distribution operators, service providers, industrialists, entrepreneurs and partners in the same environment of exhibitions of innovation and appreciation of national production”, states a press note from Economy and Planning Ministry.

The note stresses that the EFA is "a multi-sector platform for fostering and promoting national production, as part of the policy for diversifying the economy, adopted by the Angolan Executive".

The event is being attended by senior government officials, members of the National Assembly, representatives of the judiciary, the diplomatic corps accredited in Angola, and businessperson.

The First Edition is intended, among other goals, to promote the inclusion of small, medium and large entrepreneurs to ensure a good business environment and boost economic growth.
