Luanda - The Angolan ambassador to Argentina, Azevedo Francisco, displayed in Santa Fé, in that South American country, to businesspeople in the production of medicines, animal vaccines, fertilizers and all types of grains, business opportunities at local level.
According to a note sent to ANGOP on Sunday, the diplomat diclosed the opportunities during a meeting with businesspeople from the aforementioned sectors, as well as a factory for the construction of industrial buildings and modular laboratories.
During the meeting, Azevedo Francisco responded to concerns regarding the protection of private investments in Angola and presented the Foreign Investment Law in force in the country.
According to the report, as part of attracting foreign investment to the country, the ambassador, at the invitation of local businesspeople, paid a visit to the Industrial Park in the province of Santa Fé, with the aim of discovering its potential.
The diplomat heading a delegation, visited the companies within the aforementioned park, where he received detailed information about their operation model.
During the visit, possibilities for cooperation in the sector of training technical staff in the areas of Physics, Chemistry and Biochemistry, as well as internships in labs, were discussed.
At the end of the visit, Azevedo Francisco informed those present about the organization of a prospecting visit to Angola and invited them to participate, which was immediately accepted.
