Luena – The Ministry of Mineral Resources, Oil and Gas has announced the resumption, in October, of the International Conference on Angolan diamonds, 2nd edition, to happen in Saurimo City, eastern Lunda Sul Province, after a three-year stoppage.
The 2024 International Conference on Angolan Diamonds will analyse several important themes relating to geologic/mineral research, exploration and polishing of Angolan diamonds, technological innovation, and the industrial sector.
According to a note that has reached ANGOP, the event - which will run under the motto “Angola, Investing Together to make a difference in the community” – will serve to promote the Angolan diamonds exploration sector, interchange among companies and players in this area.
