Kiwaba Nzoji - The Provincial Government of Malanje will terminate in the next days contracts with some contractors of PIIM works due to their technical and professional incapacity.
The provincial governor, Norberto dos Santos "Kwata kanawa", said this Thursday in Kiwaba Nzoje municipality, during a visit to the works of the Integrated Intervention Plan for Municipalities (PIIM), in progress in that locality.
Without specifying the works and respective contractors, the governor noted that there were companies that were not fit for execution, and thus would have to answer in court and return to the State the 15 percent of the first payment of the contracts signed.
"These companies don't have the means and they bid in almost all the municipalities," criticised "Kwata Kanawa", noting that when certain contractors bid for the execution of certain projects, they don't have a real notion of the areas where they will be implemented, especially those linked to earthworks, hence the numerous difficulties for their execution.
