Luanda - Angolan teams participating in the CAF Confederation Cup had a very poor performance in the current phase of the competition after being defeated in the second round of the group stages.
Sagrada Esperança lost 1-0 to Abu Salem in group B, while Academica do Lobito conceded 1-3 home defeat to Tunisia’s Club Africain in group (C).
In the third round scheduled for Sunday, Académica do Lobito that have not scored any goal in the competition so far, host Dreams, while Sagrada, with three points, face Egypt’s Zamalek.
