Mbanza Kongo – The São Salvador do Kongo and Interclube squads on Sunday drew 2-2 in the game of the 8th round of the National Football Championship (Girabola 2024-25).
The game was played at the Álvaro Buta Stadium, in Mbanza Kongo municipality of Zaire Province and Luciano Sabala from Cabinda was the referee.
For São Salvador do Kongo coached by Flávio Amado, the goals were scored by Sandro, while for Interclube the score was made by Bebo.
However, with this result, São Salvador has 11 points in 8th place and Interclube, with 10 points, places itself in 9th place.

When analyzing the game, coach Flávio Amado considered that his team had some distractions, especially in the second half, highlighting that “We will continue working to reverse this trend of draws”.
In turn, Interclube coach, Mateus Agostinho “Budinha”, considered this an atypical game for his players.
