Luanda - Petro de Luanda were eliminated on Saturday, in the country's capital, from the African Champions League, after drawing (0-0) with Maniema from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
After losing 1-2 at their opponent's ground in the first leg of the last qualifying round for the group stage, the Angolan champions were unable to turn the result around at the 11 de Novembro Stadium in Luanda.
For the same competition, Sagrada Esperança from Lunda-Norte will also host Enugu Rangers from Nigeria, at 3:30 pm, on Sunday (22), also at the 11 de Novembro Stadium in Luanda. With a 0-1 disadvantage from the first leg, at their opponent's ground, the "Sagrada Esperança" will have to score at least one goal and not concede any, if they want to qualify for the next phase.
