Luanda - Petro de Luanda football club is gearing up to become a Sports Limited Liability Company and enter into the stock exchange market by next year, its president, Tomás Faria, said Saturday during the club’s Annual General Meeting.
Speaking at the end of the meeting, which aimed to present the project to members of the club, Faria said steps have already been given towards the implementation of the project.
According to the chairperson of the club, following the approval of the report and accounts of the previous year, administrative conditions are created for Petro to become a liability company and its consequent entry into the stock exchange.
