Luanda – The coach of Sagrada Esperança da Lunda Norte Squad, Moniz Frank, said this Friday, in Luanda, that the nil-nil draw with Esperance de Tunis (Group D), for the African Champions League’s second round, is satisfactory for the club’s objectives.

Speaking to the press, in the end of the game played in Luanda’s 11 de Novembro Stadium, Moniz Frank said that the result gives hope for the squad to vie for a better result in the Groups stage.

He explained that winning one point is relevant if one has into account the type of adversary his squad faced.

Moniz Frank affirmed that the team will work to win the game of 15 December against Djoliba of Bamako (Mali), for the 3rd round.

On his turn, Esperance de Tunis’ coach, Laurentiu Reghecampf, said that the hot climate must have affected the performance of his players, adding that the squad did not display their usual football.

He also pointed out the long trip as another factor that contributed to the result, for he noticed that his players showed some fatigue.

With this result, Sagrada Esperança occupy the third position with 1 point, while Esperance de Tunis are leading with 4 points.

In the next round, Sagrada will face the Djoliba team from Mali, a game scheduled to happen in the home of the latter on 15 December.

Esperance de Tunis, in the next round, will receive the Pyramids of Egypt on 14 December.
