Luanda - The national junior men's handball team is playing today against Faroe Islands team, for the first round (group D), of the 24th World Championship taking place in Germany and Greece.
Angola, technically supervised by William de Almeida is competing in group D, based in the city of Magderburg, in Germany, alongside the Faroe Islands (20/6), Spain, on Thursday / 22 ) and Japan, on Friday /23).
This is the fourth presence of Angola, in a World Championship of the category, after Macedonia (2007), Bosnia Herzegovina (2013) and Brazil (2015), in the last participation the Angolan team ended at twentieth position, among 24 countries.
