Luanda – The Ministry of Telecommunications, Information Technology and Social Communication (MINTTICS) regretted the death of the journalist of the National Radio Station (RNA), António Muachlela.
In document, MINTTICS states that it was with deep sadness it learnt of the passing away of the journalist, which happened Saturday in Luanda province, victim of illness.
MINTTICS extends to the bereaved family, friends, as well as to the board of directors and professionals of National Radio Station (RNA) its deepest sympathy”, ANGOP has learnt.
António Muachlela was born in Nharêa municipality, central Bié province.
He worked for RNA for more than 40 years, having held the position of Director of Press Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports until 2017.
He passed away at the Cardinal Dom Alexandre do Nascimento Hospital Complex for Cardiopulmonary Diseases, at the age of 61.
António Muachilela started his journalism career in Bié-based radio station.
