Luanda - More than a hundred athletes take part in the 23rd edition of the National Adapted Track and Field Championship taking place on September 30 and October 1 at Luanda’s Coqueiros Stadium.
Representatives from 12 provinces take part in the competition, most notably Luanda, Benguela, Cuanza Norte, Malanje and Cuanza Sul.
A total of 196 athletes have been registered for the competition, in the visual, motor, hearing and wheelchair classes to compete in the 100 and 5000 meter category.
The competition includes javelin and discus throw and weight and long jump.
Malanje hosted the previous edition of the competition. The host dominated with 11 medals, followed by Luanda (8). BSV/VAB/AMP
