Luanda - Luanda - Interclube beat Clube Desportivo Formigas do Cazenga 77-45, on Thursday in Luanda Province, in the second semi-final of the National Senior Women's Basketball Championship, thus qualifying for the final.
Tamara Sedo, Interclube´s power forward, was the top scorer with 16 points, followed by Sara Caetano, from Formigas do Cazenga, with 15.
In the other semi-final, 1° de Agosto beat 1° de Agosto B team 77-38, and with that they qualified as well for the final, which will be a best-of-five match from 30 May to 8th of June.
For the final of the 39th edition of the national league also known as Liga Azule, Interclube will face 1º de Agosto, aiming for their 17th title, while their opponents will try to conquer their 14th championship.
