Luanda - Interclube Head Coach Mateus Agostinho "Bodunha" pointed to a lack of luck as the reason for the 0-1 defeat against Kabuscorp do Palanca in the 15th round of the "Girabola2023-24" national first division football championship.
For the former Petro de Luanda and National Team defender, his team played an excellent game against an opponent he considers "very strong", regretting the goal conceded in stoppage time.
Speaking to the press after the match, played at the 22 de Junho stadium in Luanda, he said that, given their current position in the standings (13th/10th points), all of his team's matches will be considered finals.
"We are forbidden to make mistakes because this is not Interclube's place in the league table," he reiterated.
Coach, Bodunha recognises that his squad has been growing, but that good results are slow to come.
With the win, Kabuscorp remain in fourth place with 27 points, the same as Petro de Luanda, who are second. The race is led by Desportivo da Lunda Sul, with 28 points. WR/MC/DAN/DOJ
