Luanda - 1º de Agosto beat Sporting de Cabinda 5-1 this Sunday, in Luanda Province, in the fifth round game of the first division National Football Championship (Girabola'2023/24).
In the match played at the Coqueiros stadium, Sporting de Cabinda player Dax opened the score in the 32nd minute, while for 1º de Agosto the goals came from Obed Mayamba, Dagó (two goals), Cesár Kangue and Manu.
In the other matches of the day, Interclube won 2-0 at Santa Rita de Cássia home in Uíge Province, while São Salvador do Zaire beat Recreativo do Libolo do Cuanza Sul 1-0.
Meanwhile, due to their participation in the African Cups, the match between Lunda Norte's Sagrada Esperança and Petro de Luanda has been postponed.
