Luanda - The Niger National Team arrived on Wednesday morning in the city of Luanda, aiming for the game at 8 pm on Friday with Angola, referring to the 3rd round of Group F, for access to the African Nations Cup (AFCON’2025) in football, to happen in Morocco.
Coached by Moroccan Ezzaki Badou, the Niger team are staying at the Victoria Garden hotel, 6 minutes from the game's venue, the 11 de Novembro stadium.
ANGOP has learned from the federation source that Niger are to be training on the arrival day, Oct 09, at Angola Football Academy (AFA), starting at 4:30 pm.
Angola and Niger will face off for the first time in the "fight" for access to the African football championship (AFCON).
In the standing, Angola lead the Group with six points, while Niger have one point, in fourth and last position.
The other members of Group F play on Thursday (10), at 5 pm.
Ghana, third, with one point, will receive Sudan in second positioned, with 3 points.
