Luanda - Angolan striker Mabululu scored in Al Ahly Tripoli's 2-0 win over Abi Al Ashar Club to take his tally to ten goals in eight games at the top of the Libyan Premier League.
The 32-year-old striker, who started in the early age at Angola’s football club Petro de Luanda, scored from the penalty spot (45+2').
In the previous rounds, the player scored twice in a 3-0 win over Al Malaaby el Libby, a 3-0 win over Al-Khemes and a 5-0 win over Asaria SC, as well as a goal against Al Ittihad Misurata (2-0), Al-Watan Club (3-0) and Al Madina SC (2-0).
Al-Akhdar winger Ary Papel is the league's second top scorer with seven goals, while Al Ahly Tripoli's H. El Houni is third with six.
The win lifted the Libyan outfit to the top of Group D with 24 points, followed by Al Madina and Al Ittihad Misurata with 16 points.
Before moving abroad, the Angolan Mabululu won a national championship and the Angolan Cup with 1º de Agosto in the 2018/19 season and a Super Cup with Petro de Luanda in 2013.
He was the top scorer in the Girabola for 1º de Agosto in the 2018/2019 season with 14 goals.
He also played for Santos FC (2006-2007), Kabuscorp do Palanca (2008-2009), Progresso Sambizanga (2010), Petro de Luanda (2010-2013 and 2014-2015) and Recreativo do Libolo (2013).
