Luanda - The Angolan international footballer Bastos Quissanga conquered his first trophy playing for Botafogo Brazilian sports club, after winning in the early hours of this morning Boavista Sports Club, 2-0 in a Rio de Janeiro Cup final match.
The centre-back was the key player in this response match after the 4-0 victory in the first leg.
The 33-year-old began playing for Atlético Sport Aviação (ASA), but made his official debut in 2010 with Petro de Luanda, where he won the Angolan Cup and the Super Cup in 2013, before moving to the Russian club FC Rostov.
To recall that Bastos Quissanga already played for the National team on several occasions.
His winning record includes Angola Cup (2012 e 2013) and Angolan Super Cup (2013) for Petro de Luanda (Angola), Cup of Italy (2018-2019) and Italian Super Cup (2019) for SC Lazio, Cup of Russia (2013-2014) for FC Rostov, Saudi Arabia's Second League (2022-2023) for Al Ahly and Cup of Rio (2024) for Botafogo.
