Luanda - Angola's Desportivo da Lunda-Sul soccer team got qualified for the second round of access to the group stage of the Confederation Cup in football after the 0-0 draw against Elgeco Plus of Madagascar, in the game held Sunday, in Luanda.
The Angolans thus benefit from the 1-1 draw, in the first leg, also played in Luanda, at the 11 de Novembro stadium, last Wednesday.
In the lackluster match, by the two teams, who were looking to qualify for the second stage, the Angolans saw two goals disallowed by referee Ousmane Abdelkerim, who came from Tchad, in the 5th and 26th minutes, scored by Danilson and Dasfaa, respectively.
Until the 30th minute of the game, the Lunda-Sul team was better and with more ball possession.
In the second half, Desportivo was bolder in search of solutions to reach the goal.
In the final moments, the opponent presented a more objective football, with some goal opportunities without, however, happening, due to the ineffectiveness of their players.
