Luanda - The Angolan Olympic Committee (COA) launched on Wednesday, in Luanda, at the Sports Gallery, the information collection surveys from National federations, aiming to have a modernized and attractive Web database.
The project named SIDAN (Integrated System of Angolan Sports) was presented to the heads of the most different national sports federations, by the coordinator of the COA's federated sports commission, Madalena Félix.
According to her, there is already a COA web page, but it needs to be updated, given that the SIDAN's main objective is to facilitate access to information, making it more dynamic.
According to the official, this system will bring benefits to national federations, the COA and the general public, with the opportunity to offer statistical data for the sports system and will be able to bring together all information in a single base.
The COA and the federations will work as partners, for the reason that they are the ones who will support what is intended to be achieved, which is the database with diverse information on high-performance sport in the country.
