Luanda – The Angolan international player, Carlos Morais, was elected MVP (Most Valuable Player) of the 1st edition of the African Basketball League (BAL) celebrity game, which took place in Accra, Capital of Ghana.
Without a competitive nature, the event brought together celebrities from several countries, with the DJ tunez teams, of which Morais is part, and Small God.
In addition to Carlos Morais, the meeting also featured Angolan center Jone Pedro, who also played for Petro de Luanda last season.
Carlos Morais already registered African champion titles with Angola's flag in 2005 (Algiers), 2007 (Luanda), 2009 (Benghasi) and 2013 (Abidjan), respectively.
Remembering that in June, wearing a petro de Luanda jersey, both athletes won the 1st title of the African Basketball League (BAL), defeating Al Ahly of Benghazi from Libya In the final, by 107-94.
