Luanda – The Angolan team is among the top three with the best attack in the African Cup of Nations (CAN’2023), at the start of the round of 16.
Angola has already scored 8 goals, the same as Senegal.
The ranking is led by Equatorial Guinea with 9 goals scored, Cabo Verde comes next with 7, Egypt has 6, Cameroon and Morocco have 5 each, in the immediate positions.
Then comes a list that includes South Africa and Mozambique, both with 4, Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Algeria and Mali, with 3 goals each.
With 2 goals each, there are the teams from Guinea Bissau, Cotê d’Ivoire, Guinea, Gambia, DR Congo and Zambia.
Meanwhile, Namibia (Angola's opponent in the round of 16), Tunisia and Tanzania scored one goal each.
