Luanda – Retired basketball player Reggie Moore died Monday in Luanda at the age of 42, supposedly by hanging.
The American athlete – who had acquired the Angolan nationality - played for the Angolan National Team in African Championships, World Championships and Olympic Games.
Born in Lemoore, California, United States of America, Reggie Moore arrived in Angolan basketball in 2009, representing Recreativo do Libolo for three seasons, before heading to 1º de Agosto (2012-2016) and Petro de Luanda (2016).
He later played for Atlético Sport Aviação (ASA) and Interclube.
In his last season (2017-2018), Reggie Moore represented Galitos de Portugal. FN/MC/Amp/jmc
