Luanda - Angolan defensive midfielder, Manuel Cafumana aka “Show”, was confirmed as a new reinforcement for FC Dallas from the North American Western Football Conference, on a one-year loan, with a purchase option.
The information about the transfer of the Angolan midfielder is posted on the official website of the North American football club.
In case FC Dallas qualifies among the seven in its conference and qualifies for the round of 16, he may face opponents who have world football references, such as Leonel Messi, who plays in the east for InterMiami.
Trained and launched to the Angolan Championship of the first division (Girabola), by Clube 1º de Agosto, Show also played in the first Bulgarian league, where he represented Ludogorets, as well as in the Portuguese championship, for Belenenses and Boavista.
The player, who was part of the National Team, reaching the quarter-finals of the African Cup of Nations (CAN'2023, but played last January, in Côte d'Ivoire), becomes the first Angolan to play in the American soccer league of the first division.
