Luanda – Angola lost on Wednesday, by 63-65, to Cameroon and are out of the semi-finals of the African Championship, taking place in Pretoria, South Africa.
The match, which was very balanced, registered a 33-point draw at half-time.
The Uganda team that beat Tunisia by 69-53 also qualified for the semi-finals, while Egypt were defeated by Nigeria by 51-66.
In their debut, the Angolans lost by 43-51 to Mali, beat Morocco 74-62, and Zambia 82-35.
