Luanda- Angola national handball team beat Guinea 35-22 on Saturday in the third round of the African Senior Women's Handball Championship taking place in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Angola led the match 21-12 at half-time, ensuring that they remained top of Group B with six points, while the Guineans remained in fifth place with one point.
It was a match in which the defending champions had the same 13-goal haul as against Tunisia (36-23), after their impressive 35-goal win against Uganda (46-11).
With this result, the Angolan women have now scored 117 goals and conceded 56. The Guineans have scored 76 goals and conceded 64.
Angola faces Cameroon again on Sunday at 3pm, while Guinea face the DRC on the same day at 5pm.
In the same group, Cameroon beat Uganda 36-16.
