Luanda - Angola's Aisha Rejyanne Pitra returned to the country Monday (11) with a gold medal, won at the ‘World Festival Jiu-Jitsu Championship`2024’.
The Brazilian version of the competition is still taking place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Aisha Pitra, 9 years old, was imperial in the children's -32kg category, white belt.
To achieve this feat, the athlete, representing the Kings Jujitsu Academy, defeated two competitors from different countries, with expressive victories in just 15 seconds each.
Born on 5 February 2015, Aisha has been an example of talent and dedication from an early age.
A member of the ‘Kings Jiu Jitsu’ Academy since August 2023, the athlete has shown evolution and commitment in training and competitions, which have led her to the world podium.
