Luanda – Development of sport, the role of the confederations in improving the quality of games, as well as revenues and quality physical education programmes will be under debate at the Zone-5 Forum, which started this Wednesday in Livingstone, Zambia.
According to a note issued by the Youth and Sports Ministry, Angola is participating in the meeting with the presence of the National Director for Sports, Nicolau Daniel, who also chairs the regional organisation’s Budget and Legal Issues Committee.
The Angolan delegation includes two representatives of the Women in Sports Association, namely Ana Cristina Geremias (voting member of the organisation) and Cecília Chibinda.
The gathering, which is to review the Strategic Plan of the A.U Zone-5 Sports Council, is divided in five panels.
To remind that the last review meeting of the Zone-5 Strategic Plan took place in Angola, in 2017.
