Luanda - Angola national five-a-side soccer team have been drawn in Group E of the FiFA Futsal World Cup 2021to be held from September 12 to October 3 in Lithuania, and will face Spain, leaders of the ranking.
According to the draw which took place on Tuesday night in Lausanne, Switzerland, Angola will face Paraguay and Japan in the group stage, in a competition that will make its debut since the sport is being managed by the FIFA.
Initially scheduled for 2020 and later postponed due to the pandemic, the World Cup will be played in three cities, namely Klaipėda, Vilnius (the country's capital) and Kaunas, which will host the opening and final games to be played by an overall 24 national teams.

Group A: Lithuania, Costa Rica, Kazakhstan and Venezuela
Group B: Russia, Egypt, Guatemala, Uzbekistan
Group C: Portugal, Thailand, Solomon Islands, Morocco
Group D: Brazil, Czech Republic, Panama and Vietnam
Group E: Spain, Paraguay, Japan, Angola
