Angola to seek first victory against Hungary in Olympic Games

Luanda - The National Senior Women's Handball Team will try on Tuesday for its first victory against Hungary, in the history of clashes between them in the Olympic Games.

In the match, scheduled for 2 pm, counting for the third round of group D, of the Olympic Games, which take place in Paris (France), the pearls will try to redeem themselves from the defeat against the Hungarians in the Sydney 2000 edition, by 20 goals difference (22-42).

Facing an opponent, one of the most evolved in the world of handball, the men of the Spaniard Carlos Viver will try to reverse the logic as happened in the World Cup in which they won by 37-36, in 2007.

So far, the performance of the seven-time African champions has resulted in a victory against Spain, by 26-21, and a smooth victory against the Netherlands (former Netherlands), by 31-34.

In addition to handball, Angola also enters the scene, this Tuesday, with rowing (quarter-finals in men's single skiff, with André Matias.
