Saurimo - A number of sports agents took part in a training session on Monday in the eastern Lunda-Sul Province, on how to register players online using the "FIFA Connect" platform, as part of the licensing of athletes, organised by the Angolan Football Federation (FAF).
At the time, the president of the Lunda-Sul Provincial Football Association (APF), Fernando Kalupeteca, called on sports leaders to apply their knowledge to improve the functioning and administrative organisation of their clubs.
Meanwhile, the lecturer João Sebastião said that the training programme would bring many benefits as it was a simple and more practical method for controlling transfers of players to other clubs with active contracts.
The refresher course covered subjects such as fees, contracts, transfers and documentation, complications in player transfers, as well as transfer reports and doubts on player transfer processes.
FIFA Connect is a programme that registers players online, allowing them to register with the Angolan Football Federation.
