Saurimo - ENDIAMA Mining, in partnership with the Brilhante Foundation, launched Friday, in Saurimo, Lunda-Sul province, a socio-environmental program called 'Small actions – Big transformations', aimed at environmental education.
The launch of the program was marked with a lecture on the importance of the means and recycling of garbage, with the participation of 60 children from some public schools from the municipality of Saurimo, who in the end, benefited from ecological kits.
At the opening of the lecture, the director of the Provincial Environment Office in Lunda-Sul, Cidália Pires, praised the initiative, stressing that activities of this kind contribute to raising the environmental awareness of children and beyond.
