Quibala - Brazil's Deputy Secretary of State for Agriculture, Cléber Soares, said Thursday in Quibala municipality, Cuanza-Sul province that his country will form partnerships to invest in farming and food production.
The statement was made during a visit to Fazenda Santo António, where the Brazilian official announced that this year an agreement will be signed with local business people in the areas of food production, farming and training of technicians linked to the agricultural industry.
As part of this agreement, he said, several Brazilian technicians are already in Angola to discuss projects linked to the production of rice, soya, maize, cattle and other products. CIJ/LC/AC/TED/AMP
