Caxito – Individual farmers in the province of Bengo will be able to benefit, in the near future, from financing of up to five million kwanzas, within the scope of the cooperation protocol between INEFOP and the Agrarian Development Support Fund (FADA).
The information was revealed today, in Caxito, by the head of the INEFOP employment and training section in Bengo, Gimário dos Santos Tavira, who explained that, of this amount, 80 percent will be converted into the purchase of kits and 20 will be received via the bank. Financing of 15 million kwanzas is expected for agricultural cooperatives, of which 80 percent will be converted into the purchase of kits and inputs, while the remaining 20 percent can be obtained from the bank.
He informed that inefop in Bengo has already registered, during this month, 60 individual candidate farmers and those affiliated with cooperatives, out of the 100 planned.
He said that the application process to obtain financing continues to take place in the province. He appealed to farmers to adhere to the registration process, as the financing aims to improve the quality of productivity of young individual farmers and members of cooperatives.
